Our web design uses WordPress. This has a simple content management system which will allow you to update and maintain the website yourself once you’re happy with the way it looks. “But I don’t know how to do that”, we hear you say! Don’t worry, we won’t leave you to work it out for yourself. We’ll design the website and put in the text and images you provide us with initially, and then give you all the guidance you need so that you can edit it as and when you want, saving you both time and money.

A web package from UKWebtronics will typically comprise:

• Registration of .co.uk or .org.uk website address
• Three web pages
• Site set-up with editing rights for one to five users (for updating and maintaining the website)
• One email account (eg info@, sales@, enquiries@ and/or personalised email address)
• Full backup of your website

Newavon Arms required a complete site overhaul and redesign from one which was complex and too difficult to update. Their new site was built using WordPress with additional plugins, email accounts were transferred from the previous hosting company and the old website was decommissioned.

Staff now regularly update information with new photographs and stock details.

Traffic has doubled since the new website was launched.

A new newsletter has been designed for customers who have signed up via the website. This will be used to promote new products in store and second-hand sales. We have also completed a complex I.T. refresh of all their computers onsite updating them to modern, fast computers with the latest versions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, whilst continuing to support some of their legacy applications.

This was a new venture for Sharon, who had always relied on print media and word of mouth to spread the word.  The website allows Sharon to promote the entire range of services on offer which she’d struggled to do previously without running up huge advertising costs.  The site also includes a booking enquiry form designed to show available appointments only, and a photo gallery which Sharon regularly updates.

We encouraged Sharon to create a Facebook Page which we linked from her website. This has also generated more business, including corporate and party bookings

Zada Bakes Cakes

Zada Bakes Cakes uses one of our basic website designs with WordPress.  The owner, who makes delicious cakes for special occasions (we know, we’ve tried!), maintains the website herself and regularly uploads photos onto the simple gallery which was put together to showcase her cake creations.

Piggy Corner was started in the kitchen of the family home over 10 years ago and now sells patchwork, quilting supplies and gifts. In January 2014 they launched their website.  High in visual impact, the home page greets you with a sample of their gorgeous handmade products and the site also includes a location map and comments form.  The best thing about this website?  It was bought as a surprise Christmas present by the owner’s daughter!
